Name: Isaac Scott Ford

Bio:  Isaac is a young Christian and musician looking to pursue his passion of worship as a career. Currently, Isaac studies Bass Performance at the University of Washington under renown bass professor Barry Lieberman. Isaac has been appointed first chair in the double bass section at the University of Washington Symphony Orchestra. He has auditioned into many honor groups over the years including the 2016 All State Symphony, the 2017 and 2019 All Northwest Orchestra, and the 2018 All State Jazz Choir rhythm section. Isaac has also competed in the WMEA Solo and Ensemble festival and in 2018 won the solo bass category at state and got second in 2019. Recently, Isaac Ford was a featured soloist with the Southwest Washington Symphony after winning an audition playing the Concerto No. 2 for string bass by Giovanni Bottesini. He is also always working to strengthen his relationship with the Lord through prayer, the word, and evangelism. In the community, Isaac plays bass guitar at several churches in Washington including Crosspointe in Bothell, Evergreen Covenant in Mercer Island, Shekinah Christian Center in Longview, Abundant Life in Kelso, and TRiHOP in Longview.

Personal Mission Statement:  Isaac Ford is a musician, worship artist, Christian and bassist.As a firm believer in Jesus Christ, Isaac is committed to his faith and the Lord’s plan for him. Isaac hopes to pursue a career as a worship bassist so he can use his passion of intimate worship with Lord on a day to day basis.

Testimonials:  Isaac first began serving on a worship team in January of 2016 at the Shekinah Christian Center in Longview, Washington. What started as a Sunday morning commitment became a passion of Isaac’s. Soon after Isaac started serving on the worship team at the Lower Columbia Young Life Youth Group; Shiloh Christian Fellowship in Rainier, Oregon; the Three Rivers House of Prayer in Longview, Washington; the Church of Nazarene in Longview, Washington; and New Hope City Church in Longview, Washington.
